The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of Psychological Empowerment, perceived organizational support, Employee retention, and Employee Satisfaction on Organizational agility by examine the moderating role of Employee Satisfaction on Universities sector in Karachi. This Study is quantitative in nature and explanatory approach is used and design is co relational research. Data were collected through Questionnaire from 354 respondents out of which only 100 responses considered authentic for my research work. Because only 100 of them were working in university sector in Karachi. Study used the method of interview and hand fill survey method because study found it more valid and authentic and the data which were collected through survey method these all data were put on SPSS V.23 and PROCESS V.31. This study conducts in its applicability to various cultural backgrounds is constrained by the environment of poor countries. Therefore, more research might evaluate whether job engagement and organizational innovation can increase or decrease the impact of employee satisfaction on organizational agility. University sector focuses in the improvement of more confident and loyal workers and staff to build a relationships to successfully increase employee satisfaction and to continue to create new knowledge for the company's growth. In order to improve their work performance, managers can then implement pertinent hiring and retention strategies and take wider consideration of spillover effects.

This research paper finds out the Impact of Green Manufacturing Practices on The Performance of Textile Firms in Pakistan with A Mediating Role of Just-In-Time & Total Quality Management. The underlying purpose of this study is to help derive insightful results that help Textile firms to build sustainable manufacturing strategies. After extensive literature reviews, we reach the point of building Eight hypotheses about how GM, TQM, JIT impact a firm’s operational and environmental performance. The study is conducted on Pakistan’s textile industry but can be applied to other southeast Asian countries in a similar setting. The research utilized the quantitative research method. A survey questionnaire is used to collect data from manufacturing operations and supply chain managers at 28 textile manufacturing firms in Pakistan. The paper applied partial least square structural equation modeling to analyze the survey data (PLS-SEM). The finding of this paper justifies a strong impact of green manufacturing on the firm environmental performance; however, no direct relationship is found for GM when it’s associated with TQM to make an impact on the firm operational performance. JIT, on the other hand, makes a relatively significant impact on firms’ overall performance.

The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between Organizational Career Management on Employees Performance of the IT Sector in Karachi. During the last two decades, there have been a number of researchers establishing the positive effect of organizational career management on employee’s performance, but the main objective of this research is to present a deeper understanding of the mediating role of Compensation, and moderating role of leadership and work environment in this relationship. The secret of employees’ success and both individual and organizational growth lies in fostering Organizational career management through a suitable set of Compensation, Transformational leadership, and work environment. The statistical results indicate the Organizational Career Management, Leadership & Compensation has a great positive impact on employee performance while there is not a big impact on employee performance in relation with Work environment. In addition to providing insights into the underlying reasons for discontent and suggestions for change, this study provides a comprehensive examination of the employee’s performance indicators in the IT Industry.

Enterprise resource planning, accounting & finance, and supply chain management are three crucial IT investment options that managers turn to. These choices are recognized as elements enhancing organizational success in the pertinent literature. The goal of this study is to examine how supply chain management, accounting, and finance are used to embrace enterprise resource planning and how that adoption affects organizational performance. In order to achieve the best organizational performance, this article proposes a new model that combines supply chain management and enterprise resource planning. The four proposed hypotheses and the model fitting level were tested using a structural equation model. Through prepared surveys, the necessary information for this study was gathered from 12 companies in Karachi. The findings support the existence of favorable benefits of enterprise resource planning on the supply chain and accounting & finance through empirical data, which eventually leads to enhanced overall performance of the analyzed firms.

The aim of this aimed to investigate the reward and recognition policies and its influence on the performance among employees of different categories in Pakistan. Based on previous studies and literature reviews organizations facilitate their employees with different reward and recognition systems to encourage employees’ motivation level and performance. The main objective is to identify which rewards are the most influence on employee performance. The methodology of this research paper is based on a quantitative study. More than 200 employees from various sectors participated in the research by filling out the questionnaire. The questionnaire in this research used the WEIMS scale and another performance scale. It is evident that there is a positive relationship between reward and recognition and employees’ motivation and job performance. Hence if organizations work on their reward and recognition policies then there would be a corresponding change in work motivation, performance, and employee engagement.
